Sister is here with the support of her Diocese, and the permission of ours, to talk a bit about the mission of her convent and offer for sale some religious articles and souvenirs from her Convent to support vulnerable people served by them. Please remember to bring your donations for Operation Christmas Shoeboxes. They need to be given to Lorraine (Sacred Heart Women’s Guild) this week. She has to turn them in to the partner church on Monday.

Mass is canceled at Sacred Heart on Friday, November 21 and at St. Andrew on Saturday, November 22. Sunday, November 23, will be a First Communion Mass at St. Andrew.

MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT CONFERENCE

All married and engaged couples are invited to attend the Together In Holiness marriage enrichment conference on Saturday, November 22, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Charlotte and St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Arden. The conference includes presentations on the theme of "Courageous Hope in Marriage and Family", along with Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, and Reconciliation. FAITH FORMATION

CHILDREN’S FAITH FORMATION AT ST. ANDREW

Meets every Sunday, right after Mass. Attendance at Mass is required. Parents are invited to join the classes.

 CHILDREN’S FAITH FORMATION AT SACRED HEART

Meets every Sunday at 12:30. Attendance at Mass is required.

 CONFIRMATION AT SACRED HEART

Meets Monthly; check the calendar in the Social Hall for dates. Attendance at Mass is required.

 CONFIRMATION AT ST. ANDREW

Will meet at 6:30 on Friday evenings.

 ADULT FAITH FORMATION

REACh (Religious Education for Adult Christians) is facilitated by Joe Oliveti. One group meets in the Social Hall at Sacred Heart on Fridays at 10 am. Another group meets via Zoom on Wednesdays at 7 pm.

 OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) meets weekly on Monday evenings live at St. Andrew the Apostle at 6pm.

 A message from the Food Pantry at St. Andrew: Since the Food Pantry started in July, we have served over 150 families. Some of these families are senior citizens, some of them are single-mother families, some are grandmas raising grandkids. All of them have told us they don’t know what they’d do without our help. Each week, we meet someone we have never met before. So, THANK YOU for your genuine caring and your generosity to our community.

 Un mensaje de la despensa de alimentos en St. Andrew: Desde que comenzó la despensa de alimentos en julio, hemos servido a más de 150 familias. Algunas de estas familias son personas mayores, algunas de ellas son familias de madres solteras, algunas son abuelas que crían nietos. Todos ellos nos han dicho que no saben qué harían sin nuestra ayuda. Cada semana, parece que conocemos a alguien que nunca antes habíamos conocido. Entonces, GRACIAS por su genuino cuidado y su generosidad con nuestra comunidad.
