·         Saturday, October 3 ~ Mars Hill Heritage Festival, St. Andrew and the Knights of Columbus will be present, Latino food will be available, please come join us for a while

·         October 3 -11 ~ Kelly will be out of the office and unavailable all week

·         Sunday, October 11 ~ the Knights of Columbus will be holding bake sales at both churches to support LAMB

·         Tuesday, October 13 ~ 6 pm, Knights of Columbus Meeting at Sacred Heart

FAITH FORMATION AT ST. ANDREW

Faith Formation classes for children are held immediately after Mass. All children in K-8^th grade must attend.

Confirmation class meets on Wednesday and/or Friday evening at 6 pm.

Adult Faith Formation: Wednesdays at 7 pm via Zoom.

OCIA class will meet on Tuesday, September 29 at 7 pm.

FORMACIÓN EN LA FE EN SAN ANDRÉS

Las clases de Formación en la Fe para niños se imparten inmediatamente después de la misa. Todos los niños de Kínder a 8º grado deben asistir.

Se anunciará la clase de confirmación.

Las reuniones de Formación en la Fe para Adultos se reanudaron el 9 de septiembre.

La clase de OCIA se reunirá el martes 29 de septiembre a las 7 pm.

FREE HEARING AIDS in YANCEY COUNTY

Miracle Ear is holding an event for free hearing aids through the Miracle Ear Foundation in Hickory, October 24th, for those who need hearing aids and cannot afford them.

You will need to go to the Miracle Ear Office at 2134 US Hwy 19E in Burnsville, beside Blossman Gas, to fill out an application, and once approved, they will make an appointment for you.

Miracle Ear is looking forward to giving the Gift of Sound to those in Yancey County, who need hearing aids and cannot afford them.
